Real Estate Development
Since 1988, Bayraktar Group has brought to life many pioneering projects including Turkey’s first shopping mall Ataköy Galleria, the first 5-anchor private marina Ataköy Marina, Holiday Inn Hotel, Marina Hotel, Ataköy Regatta, Fame City Entertainment Center, and Carousel Shopping Mall.
Developed in 1997 as another groundbreaking project, Outlet Center İzmit — Turkey’s first outlet center — is still managed by the Group’s company Bayraktar Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. as part of its portfolio management.
